Lisa is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a B.A. in jazz and composition and M.A. in spiritual psychology from The University of Santa Monica. She is also an Internationally certified Body Harmony teacher. She co-founded the Southern California Body Harmony Institute, where she developed the curriculum for a 100-hour Body Harmony program.
She created her Maxitize Method to help people control their anxiety loop and experience a relaxed and confident body image.
